3SG MAHADEVAN DANUSH was posted to OPPOSING FORCE (OPFOR) company. Platoon 1 in Infantry Training Institute (ITI) after completing his Basic Military Training (BMT) and Specialist Cadet School (SCS). As a section commander in Platoon 1, 3SG DANUSH lead his 7-men section to role-play as the opponent for Army Manoeuvre Units during force-on-force training and evaluation.

3SG DANUSH's dedication to his work is unwavering. He is always willing to go to the extra mile, take on additional responsibilities, and make personal sacrifices for the benefit for his team. His selflessness, loyalty, and his commitment to the platoon are truly exemplary. His willingness was shown when he willingly asks his PC if theres any more help needed without the PC asking for help.

3SG DANUSH is an exceptional individual. He possesses a unique blend of humility, kindness, and humor, which makes him a joy to work with. His positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm are contagious, and he has remarkable ability to bring his troopers together and build a sense of community. One good example is during local outfield, he loves to share good stories to his section and would love to joke around with them to remove the boredom.

3SG DANUSH is a fair and understanding commander. He is firm in standards and discipline with his section. His strong sense of justice and righteousness earned the respect of his men who were willing to follow his command. He even took personal interest in the well-being of troopers of his section and as well as the commanders in platoon 1.

3SG DANUSH had contributed significantly to OPFOR Company's mission in training combat capable units of the Army. He had completed his Full-Time National Service with distinction. Infantry Training Insitute wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
